We are proud to announce that we gained accreditation as a Carbon Neutral
Company in September 2007.
What is a Carbon Neutral Company? A Company must go through a
rigorous process before it can declare itself Carbon Neutral. When you see the
logo applied to a product, service or activity, it signifies that:
- CO2 emissions
have been independently measured
- 100% of emissions have been reduced to net zero
through a mix of internal reductions (change of a manufacturing process for
example) and best practice external reductions (carbon offsetting)
- There will be
clear communication around the proposition.
Our energy is derived from renewable
sources and we use low energy equipment where possible. To find out more about

Recycling
We actively strive to minimise waste and the unnecessary use of excess packaging
with your orders. For orders that are large gifts, we use a simple, yet strong,
external box. The void filler is made from organic, recycled or CFC free
Styrofoam. In some instances we will use recycled air packs. For small, robust
items, we use a high quality padded bag. Due to our commitment to the
environment and to reduce costs, we do select appropriate boxes for recycling.
This significantly reduces the amount of waste we generate and makes a big part
of our company environmental policy. If you do specifically want your items sent
in a new box then please state this when placing your order.
